Complete Your Career Connections Profile

To ensure your resume appears in relevant custom employer searches and resume books, you must complete your Career Connections profile.

The most common fields used by employers to find candidates are the Desired Industry, Desired Function, and Desired City fields (shown below) under the “Preferences” section on the “Background” tab of your profile. You will want to confirm you are selecting the most comprehensive list of attributes that align with your interests to ensure you appear in relevant employer searches.

Full-Time MBAs: Employers may select to view Diversity Club books. Please select any diversity clubs you are a member of in the “Personal” section on the “Background” tab of your profile.
