Working Professional MBAs and Alumni

Welcome and thank you for your interest in UNC MBAs!

We have divided this page into 3 segments:

  1. Full-Time Students
  2. Working Professional Students and Alumni
  3. Other ways to find KFBS Talent

Within the first 2 segments, you will find the below resource:

  • The Resume Books: PDF compilations of each student’s single-page resumes. These resume books include students’ contact information, education and work histories, and details of professional experience.

We’ve compiled the Resume Books according to our student populations and the types of opportunities they seek:

  • First-Year, Full-Time MBA Students: seeking summer internships and/or project work
  • Second-Year, Full-Time MBA Students: seeking full-time opportunities
  • Working Professional MBA Students and Alumni: seeking full-time opportunities

Please feel free to peruse these materials, reach out to the students directly, and let us know if you have any problems, questions, or concerns. Contact us at EmployerEngagementTeam@kenan-flagler.unc.edu.

Full-Time Students

Resume Books for Full-Time Students are updated on weekly basis during the Spring and Summer months. If you are visiting this site during Fall or Winter, please view the “Other Ways to Find Talent” section.

Other ways to find talent:

Additionally, if you have an internship or full-time opportunity you want to share with our students and alumni, below are ways you may contact them or receive applications.

  1. Post your position(s) in Career Connections which will afford you a broader reach of students seeking internships or full-time opportunities and alumni seeking full-time opportunities.

Navigating Career Connections (12Twenty) for Employers

How to Create an Account and/or Log-in (3:32)

How to Post a Job (5:24)

How to Host an Event (6:26)

How to Register for an OCI (4:15)

How to Use Candidate Search / Download Resume Books (2:10)

  2. Email students directly by accessing their contact information from our resume books. Please be strategic when determining the subject of your email so its intent is easy for the student to recognize.
  3. Email our Employer Engagement and Recruiting team at the following email address, EmployerEngagementTeam@kenan-flagler.unc.edu, and request that we include your position with our Hot Jobs, a list of network-based opportunities of which we are made aware outside of Career Connections. Please also include a link to your company’s posted position so students can apply directly.
  4. Any combination of the above, or reach out to us with any other ideas you may have!
