The MBA Internship Program is a summer direct placement opportunity to do meaningful work alongside our Leadership Team. This is a top talent sourcing strategy to help Kraft Heinz be the best. The few individuals that are hand selected for this opportunity will join in a leadership capacity and be expected to deliver tangible business results during the course of their internship.
The MBA Internship Program is designed for leaders who seek a performance based culture built on meritocracy – ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded accordingly.
The program is divided into 4 function-specific tracks:
- Finance Track – including Accounting, Finance and Economics
- Marketing or Sales Track – including Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Insights
- Operations Track – Including Supply Chain, Logistics, S&OP and Manufacturing
- General Management Track – including HR, Management or those with technical undergrads that seek general management exposure
